Option: Height-adjustable armrests:

Press the adjustment button which is fitted to both armrests

and adjust the height of the armrests so that the forearms take
up a relaxed position on the armrests and the strain on the
shoulder muscles is relieved. Desk and armrests should be
at the same height.
