    9. Anwendung Pressen Sie den Körperbereich, den Sie massieren wollen, anfangs nur vorsichtig an das Massagegerät. Prüfen Sie dann vorsichtig, ob die Massageposition angenehm für Sie ist. Verlagern Sie danach Ihr Körpergewicht schrittweise in Richtung des Massagegeräts. Die Massage sollte zu jeder Zeit als angenehm und entspannend empfunden werden.
