USING THE STOVETOP PRECISION KETTLE
If using an electric cooking surface:
Set burner to Medium or Medium-
High heat.

If using a gas cooking surface:
Adjust the burner so that the gas
flames do not extend up the side of
the Kettle.
NOTE: Do not allow the Kettle to boil dry.

CLEANING THE EXTERIOR

IMPORTANT: Before cleaning, make sure
the Kettle has cooled completely.

Once the built-in thermometer
indicates that the desired

temperature has been reached, turn
off the heat and remove the Kettle
from the burner.
NOTE: Allow the Kettle to cool on a heat-
resistant surface. Do not leave Kettle on a
hot burner.
The exterior of the Kettle may be cleaned
with a damp cloth. Dry and polish the
Kettle with a soft cloth. Abrasives and
scouring agents of any kind are not
recommended.
