4.3 Pilot flame regulation
Regulate and verify that the flame envelops the thermocoupling and
that its appearance is correct. If not, unscrew screw "A" and make
sure the nozzle installed is the correct one (see table B
Primary air regulation is not necessary for the pilot flame.
4.4 Checking the main burner
Turn on the appliance and make sure that the flame, ignition and air adjustment are
correct
If not, check the injectors and the primary air position.
5. ADJUSTMENT FOR USE WITH OTHER TYPES OF GAS
To perform this operation you must change the injectors, adjust the reduced flow and
regulate the primary air position as indicated below.
Switching to a gas other than the one for which the equipment was designed must be
done by a specialized technician. Once the switch has been made, check for any gas
leaks using a spray or soapy water (never use open flames) and replace the data plate
on the appliance.
5.1 Replace the injector in the main burner
To change the injector remove:
•
Knobs.
•
Control panel.
•
Unscrew the 2 mounting screws on the
hob.
•
Lower the mounting bracket.
•
Unscrew the injector and replace it according to table B
(pages. 52-53).
•
Check for leaks!!!
5.2 Replacing the pilot flame injector
To replace the pilot flame injector, unscrew the pilot tube and
insert the new injector as shown in Table B (pages. 52-53)
5.3 Reduced flow adjustment
Unscrew the idle air adjustment screw "F" and turn it until you reach
the optimal reduced flow. Make sure the gas quantity is sufficient
to maintain a stable and uniform minimum and resist switching to
maximum flow - minimum flow.
