6.4 Electric oven
The heating elements are located in the top panel (upper heat) and under the chamber
(lower heat).
Using the switch on the front of the appliance you can operate
only the upper heating element "T" only the lower heating
element "B" or both of the heating elements together "E". The
temperature adjustment is set using the thermostat knob.
OPERATION
The indicator light "F" comes on, indicating that the appliance
is turned on. Turn the thermostat "U" to the desired temperature.
The indicator light "R" comes on, indicating that the heating elements
are inserted. As soon as it reaches the desired temperature, this
light turns off. When the heating elements are re-inserted, the light
comes back on. To turn off the appliance, turn the knob to the "0"
position.
ATTENTION: Before beginning any maintenance, remove the plug
or turn the upstream switch to off.
6.4.1 Safety thermostat
If the oven reaches a temperature that is outside of the pre-established safety
limit, in order to avoid damage to the appliance and to keep the operator and work
environment safe, the safety thermostat automatically switches off the power to the
heating elements. If this occurs, contact customer assistance.
To reset the thermostat and oven operation you must:

Unscrew the screws below the control panel

Remove the control panel
3.
Press the thermostat located on the front cavity of the appliance
6.5 Gas oven
6.5.1 Turning on the pilot flame
Turn the knob to the left until it reaches the pilot flame
ignition position;
press it in completely and at the same time press the spark
button several times until the oven pilot flame is lit (open
the oven door, move the peephole cover and check the pilot
flame).
After the pilot light has been lit, hold the knob down for
about 20/30 seconds in order to heat up the thermocoupling.
After the 20/30 seconds has passed, release the knob.
6.5.2 Turning on the main burner and adjusting the temperature
With the pilot flame on, turn the thermostat knob to the left and choose the desired
cooking temperature.
Thermostatic adjustment automatically turns the main burner on and off (on/off
adjustment, there is no minimum).
If the thermostat knob is turned to the right until it stops, the main burner goes out
and only the pilot flame remains lit.
