8.2 Oven igniter
To replace the oven igniter, proceed as follows:
• Empty the oven.
• Remove the pan and the pilot flame peephole protection
• Remove the lower faceplate (unscrew the 3 upper screws + 2 lower bolts).
• Unscrew the mounting nuts from the igniter.
• Remove the igniter.
• Disconnect the cable from the igniter.
• Install the new igniter.
8.3 Hob burner gas valve
To replace the gas valve, proceed as follows:
• Remove all of the knobs
• Remove the upper control panel.
• Unscrew the nuts from the gas conduit, thermocoupling and those that attach
the valve to the power ramp.
• Install the new valve.
• Check for leaks!!!
