Water tank Clean it weekly.
How to clean
Remove the brew group and rinse it under
the tap (see 'Cleaning the brew group under
the tap').
Clean the brew group with the Philips coffee
oil remover tablet (see 'Cleaning the brew
group with the coffee oil remover tablets').

Lubricate the brew group with the Philips
grease. Go to www.philips.com/coffee-care
for detailed video instructions.
Perform the QUICK CARAFE CLEAN as
indicated on the machine after preparing a
milk-based drink (see 'Carafe quick clean').
Clean the milk carafe thoroughly (see
'Thorough cleaning of the milk carafe').
Disassemble the milk carafe and clean all
parts under the tap (see 'Weekly cleaning of
the milk carafe').
Clean the milk carafe with the Philips milk
circuit cleaner (see 'Monthly cleaning of the
milk carafe').
Remove the drip tray and rinse it under the
tap with some washing-up liquid.
Remove the coffee grounds container while
the machine is turned on and rinse it under
the tap with some washing-up liquid.
Rinse the water tank under the tap
