not exceed 35°C.
Never fully immerse the de-
vice in liquids.
Only operate the device out-
doors.
Regularly check the device for
damage. Do not operate the
device if you discover visible
damage.
Do not use the device on sur-
faces where water is already
present.
Ensure that the surface to be
cleaned is free of sand, stones
or loose elements before
starting work. These can be
flung away during cleaning or
damage the surface and the
device.
Do not pull on the connected
hose or mains cable.
Only switch the device on
when the brushes are on the
floor.
Be aware of the recoil of the
device during operation. The
device pushes toward the op-
erator when switched on. Hold
the device securely and main-
tain a solid and safe footing.
Do not lift the device off the
floor when switched on.
Use only a suitable extension
cable labelled as conforming
to protection class IPX4.
All live parts in the work area
must be protected against
spray water.
The mains plug and coupling
of the extension cable must be
water tight and must not be
placed in water.
Use the device only when
connected to a correctly in-
stalled fault current protection
switch having a trigger current
no greater than 30 mA. Con-
sult a qualified electrician if
you have any queries.
Protect the device from frost
and excessive heat (permitted
ambient temperature range of
5°C to 40°C).
Do not operate the device in
the vicinity of devices that are
connected to electrical power.
Check that the mains connec-
tion cable with mains plug is
undamaged each time before
using the device. To avoid any
possible danger, a damaged
mains connection cable must
be immediately replaced by
the manufacturer, or the au-
thorised customer service de-
partment or a qualified
electrician.
Do not damage the power
supply and extension cable by
running over it, crushing or
yanking it or similar. Protect
the mains cable from heat, oil
and sharp edges.
