• Loosen the knurled nuts (Figure 13) and remove
the cover.
• Pull the fl uorescent lamp horizontally out of its
socket (Figure 11).
• If possible, vacuum out the socket.
• Insert the fl uorescent lamp horizontally into the
socket (Figure 11).
• Reinstall the cover and secure it with the two
knurled nuts (Figure 13).
Use only Renfert OEM fl uorescent lamps
(refer to the enclosed spare parts list).
8. Spare Parts
Please refer to the enclosed spare parts list for the
numbers of all consumables and spare / replacement
parts.
9. Warranty
Provided the unit is properly used, Renfert warrants
all components of the Vario basic Vario basic Vario basic for a period of 3
years. The original sales receipt from the dealer must
be provided when making warranty claims. Compon-
ents subject to natural wear (e.g., nozzles, hoses, fl u-
orescent lamps, connectors for blasting hoses, view
panes, fi lter materials, etc.) are excluded from this
warranty. The warranty is voided in case of improper
use; failure to observe the operating, cleaning, main-
tenance, and connection instructions; in case of inde-
pendent repairs or repairs by unauthorized personnel;
if spare parts from other manufacturers are employ-
ed, or; in case of unusual infl uences or infl uences not
in compliance with the utilization instructions. Warran-
ty service shall not extend the original warranty.

• Empty all blasting tanks.
If a Renfert shipping box is not used, al-
ways remove the additional tanks (otherwi-
se we can assume no liability for damage
during shipping).
