1. INTRODUCTION AND SAFETY NOTES
The Aprimatic R230E Lights and Home Automation System Control Modules are radio controlled units for
the control of lights and other household appliances powered by 230 VAC. They are supplied with a standard
confi guration that can be modifi ed according to the procedure described in this manual. Radio signals can
only be sent by Aprimatic transmitters.
The modules cannot be used to control motors for the automation of doors, windows, gates, etc. Failure to comply
with this precaution may result in a faulty functioning.

Thoroughly read these instructions before installing the product and doing the interventions specified
by the manufacturer.
The product can be installed and maintained only by qualifi ed technicians.
Always work in well-lit areas meeting the requirements of the safety at work legislation of your country. Always
use instruments, tools and equipment in good state.
Always use original spare parts.
Do not use the product in an improper way or for purposes other than those envisaged.
Do not tamper with or modify the product.
Always turn the power off before any interventions on the appliance.
The electrical system must be made consistent with the electrical code in force in the installation country.
The appliance is not equipped with grounding terminals: the operator must be connected to a separate
ground system with effi cient plates.
Protect the appliance and the connected loads with a thermal switch of suitable size with a current balancing
threshold of 30 mA.
After the installation, check the correct functioning of the appliance and the controlled automation.
Keep the transmitters out of the reach of children.
