TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
Lockset is not able to
unlock by keypad.
Lockset is unable to reset.
Operating the lockset
in dark conditions
Red LED light is still on
after setting is completed.
NOTE: If the lock appears to be damaged or does not operate properly, please
contact your local provider for more help.
CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
1. Make sure the programming code or user code has
been entered correctly.
2. The battery is low if the yellow LED light keeps
flashing. Please replace all batteries.
3. Check the latch without jam to make sure the
strike plate is installed correctly.
1. Please refer to "RESTORE FACTORY SETTING"
section on page 25 and make sure all steps are
followed correctly.
2. The battery is low if the yellow LED light keeps flashing.
Please replace all batteries.
Press any button on the keypad to initiate LED backlight.
1. Check if [SET] button is jammed.
2. Re-install the batteries.
