REMOVAL OF THE TILTING CYLINDER REMOVAL OF THE TILTING CYLINDER - Set the forklift truck on a horizontal surface with the handbrake engaged and the gear reverser set to neutral. - Set the jib horizontal - Hold the carriage in position with lifting equipment as shown in figure A. - Stop the engine.

REMOVAL OF THE CARRIAGE REMOVAL OF THE CARRIAGE - Hold the carriage in position with lifting equipment as shown in figure A. - Remove the circlips retaining the tilting cylinder’s shaft plate and then expel the shaft (Item. 1 Fig. B) If there is an accessory fitted, hold the carriage in position with weges (risk of tipping over).

REASSEMBLY OF THE CARRIAGE - Reassemble by carrying out in reverse order the operations described in the chapter “REMOVAL OF THE CARRIAGE”, also complying with the following instructions. REMOVAL OF THE TELESCOPE REMOVAL OF THE TELESCOPE - Set the forklift truck on a horizontal surface with the handbrake engaged and the gear reverser set to neutral. - Telescope the jib to the maximum. - Set the jib horizontal. Stop the engine. Release the hydraulic pressure by operating the levers on the distributor.
