• Verify the CT orientation and wiring
(see Section 3.8.3).
• Check to make sure each CT is installed on
the correct phase. Refer to the CT wiring
diagram (Figure 6).
- The CT connected to the CT1 X1/X2
terminals needs to monitor the same
phase as the voltage connected to the
meter on L1.
- The CT connected to the CT2 X1/X2
terminals needs to monitor the same
phase as the voltage connected to the
meter on L2.
• Check to make sure all voltage connections
are wired as described in Section 3.8.2.
• Test the voltage being supplied to the meter
using an AC voltmeter.
• With power off, replace any line fuses
with known good fuses and test with an
ohmmeter.
• Make sure that current and voltage
connections are in phase (see Figure 6).
• Use an amp clamp to verify current flow.
• Try increasing the load above 1 Amp to see
if the error condition is cleared.
• Make sure that current and voltage
connections are in phase (see Figure 6) and
connected to the intended load.
• Verify the CT orientation and wiring
(see Section 3.8.3).
• Using an amp clamp, make sure there is
sufficient current (at least 1Amp). With a light
load, it may take 5 to 10 minutes for the LED
to blink on and off.
• Try increasing the load to at least 10 Amps
to blink the LED faster than once a minute.
