After completing the test, the biopsy specimen is applicable for further examinations, such
as PCR, histology or culture.
There is no button to switch the device off. The Reader continues beeping for 3 minutes,
and then shuts down automatically if no actions are made. The results are saved and shown
as a scrolling message at next switch-on.

RANSFERRING THE TEST RESULTS
The Reader memory can store 86 test results. When the memory is full, old data is replaced with the
new.
To avoid data loss, transferring the test results from the Reader to the PC is
recommended weekly.
To transfer the test results, the Reader has to be successfully connected to the software, please see
Installing the software on page 14.
1. Click the Get data from Reader button. The software will receive the entries from the memory of
the Reader and display them in the main window. The window is divided into two parts. The first part,
on the left, lists all the test results. The list contains the Test ID (a unique number added by the Reader
to each test result), Test name, Lot number, Manufacturer, Date/Time and the User comments (can be
added manually for every entry listed). It is possible to sort the entries in alphabetical or value
dependant matter. This can be done with every column. By clicking on one of the entries, the actual
result values for it will be presented in the list on the right side of the window. This second list will
