Inserting the slide into the Reader with delay from the moment of biopsy placement increases the
exposure time, thus the low or moderate urease activity cases may indicate as the "HP+++" results.
The "1", "2", "3" in the scrolling message of the positive indicated result specify the biopsy placement
area(s) where the spot has appeared the fastest, for example "HP++ 1,2".
The absence of the spot on the 14
screen indicates the negative test result.
The "Temp<17" in the scrolling message means the room temperature was below 17 °C. In such cases,
the speed of the enzymatic reaction is slowed down and the low urease activity might not be
detected. It is recommended to repeat the reading of the same slide in normal room temperature,
starting from step 3 on page 7, and interpret the result as qualitative only.
