2. Press the button longer than 5 seconds, a flashing display will show the first time specification, year.
3. By repeated short (<1 second) pressing the button, change the displayed value. When the wanted
value is reached (e.g. year) press the button longer (>5 seconds), the appointed value will be stored
and the next value will be presented.
4. Repeat these steps to set to year, month, day, hour and minute. After setting the date and time
accordingly the display will show "OK".
5. Press the button one more time, the display will show "ON" and the Reader is now ready for use.
If the Reader remains without power for 1 minute or longer, the display will show year, date and time
with default values at first switch-on. In this case, start the setting from the step 2.

NSTALLING THE SOFTWARE
To install the software, launch the
setup executable from the provided CD.
Please follow the instructions of the
installer. After the installation
finished, it is recommended to keep the
checkmark for FTDI driver installation
and to proceed with it. This is necessary
to have the connection between the
Reader and the PC established.
The system requirements to install the software are:
 Operating system: Windows XP, Vista, 7 (SP1), 8, 10
 Processor: Pentium III or higher, AMD Athlon XP or
is
higher
 Main memory: min. 1 GB
 Hard disk: min. 1 GB free
 Screen resolution: min. 1336 x 768
