4 Proper use
The cooling device is suitable for cooling and warming foodstuffs.
There is a pushbutton to change between heating and cooling
modes.
The device has been designed for use with a 12 V DC car, boat or
caravan battery as well as a 220-240 V AV mains supply.
Caution – When cooling perishable medicines!
If you wish to cool medicines, please check if the cooling capacity
of the device is adequate for this purpose.
The device is also suitable for camping.

Function description

The device can cool or keep goods cool to max. 25 °C below the
ambient temperature and heat goods to max. 70 °C or keep them
warm. Its cooling system is a non-wearing, CFC-free Peltier ele-
ment with heat discharged by a fan.
The cooler is portable and can be carried using two handles.
Scope of functions:
Power pack with priority circuit for connecting to the AC mains
Switching on/off and cooling/heating switchover via keypad
LED display for cooling/heating
Temperature setting
(regulated progressively via sliding switch)
Standing room for 2-litre recyclable bottles
Can be used as cooler and refrigerator
