How to Use

Before First Use: Wash lid and crock in hot, soapy
water. Rinse and dry. Do not immerse base in water.

Prepare recipe according to directions. Fill crock with food to 2- or
4- quart capacity or 1/2 inch below lid for 6-quart capacity. Place lid
on slow cooker. Plug in.

Press HOUR button and use
arrows to select a time other than
the default time.
w WARNING
Food must be hot enough to prevent bacterial growth before using WARM setting. The WARM
setting should only be used after a recipe has been thoroughly cooked. Do not reheat food on
WARM setting. Visit foodsafety.gov for more information.

Display will alternate between heat setting and remaining
cooking time. At the end of the cooking time, the slow
cooker will automatically switch to the WARM setting.
Food Safety Hazard.

Press 2, 4, or 6 quarts to select size for recipe. Press TEMP button and
use arrows to select HIGH or LOW. Slow cooker automatically defaults
to a cooking time of 4 hours on HIGH and 8 hours on LOW.

NOTE: As a safety precaution, the
unit will not stay on for more than
14 hours of continuous cooking
and warming time and will also
shut off automatically.
