Before plugging the coffee

a flat surface, away from the
edge of the work surface
to prevent it from falling
accidentally.

The glass jug is designed to be
used with this coffee maker.
It must not be used on cooker
hobs or in micro-wave ovens.
Never place the hot jug on
a cold or damp surface. Never
pour cold water into the jug
while it is still hot. Do not use
the jug if it is cracked or if the
handle has come loose.

The apliance is not intended
to be operated by means of
an external timer or separate
remote-control system.

Use
Before using it for the first time wash all of the
accessories and operate it once without coffee.

Fill the tank with cold water. The water level marks
are on the left-hand side of the tank. A quantity of less
than two cups is not recommended.

Place the filter into the filter holder. Put in one
scoop of coffee for each cup of water.
This coffee maker can also be used with
n 1x2 paper filters.

For correct operation, do not use coffee
with too fine a grind.

Place the jug, with its lid fitted, onto the hot plate.

Plug the coffee maker in and switch it on. At the
same time, the auto off function is activated.
