PLANNING INSTALLATION

Before beginning assembly, installation, or operation of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with the Hardware Included
and Package Contents lists. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install, or operate the product. Contact customer
service for replacement parts.
nOTe: Keep your receipt and these instructions for proof of purchase.
If you are unfamiliar with electrical installations, we recommend you contact a qualified electrician to do the installation.

CaUTiOn: Chains/cables and hooks must have weight bearing capacity exceeding 11 lbs.(5 KG). S hooks must be ≤ 0.1 in. (2.5 mm).
nOTe: Eye hooks can be used as an alternate method of attaching the fixture to the ceiling when suspension mounting.
