Scope of supply
1x Main Silencer
1x Presilencer
1x Holder (RC 390)
1x Holder (390 Duke)
1x Exhaust Cover (RC 390)
2x Springs
1x Exhaust Clamp
2x Washers
2x Bushings
1x Rubber Bushing
4x Collar Screws M8x16
Preparatory work (RC 390 only)
- Remove the right side cover (see Owner's Manual).
- Remove the left side cover (see Owner's Manual).
- Remove the front spoiler (see the Owner's Manual).
Preparatory work
- Remove main silencer (see repair manual).
- Release exhaust manifold.
Installation (390 Duke only)
- Remove screws

- Take off rear right footrest bracket
ø
- Drill out holes
to
6.5mm and tap an M8 thread.
NOTE
Tap the thread deep enough. If necessary, check using the M8x16
screws (included).
- Position holder
(included) on the rear right footrest bracket
- Mount screws
(included) and tighten to 15 Nm (Loctite 243).
- Mounting on the vehicle is carried out in the reverse order.
- Tighten screws
to 26 Nm.
Mounting (RC 390 only)
- Position holder
(included) on the rear right footrest bracket.
- Mount screws
(included) and tighten to 15 Nm (Loctite 243).
