Grill mode
 All heat-resistant cookware and containers suitable for a conventional oven. Plastic cookware must not
be used in grill mode.
 The food to be grilled can be placed directly on the grill stand (13) which is placed on the glass plate
(2).
Combination microwave and grill mode
 In combination mode, the microwave and grill are switched on alternately. The cookware must be
suitable for microwave use and also heat resistant. Plastic cookware is not suitable. Cookware must
not contain metal.

8.1 Rotary knob (9)

The rotary knob (9) can be rotated to the left and to the right. It can be turned all the way around. As a
rule, turning to the left reduces numbers while turning to the right increases numbers.
Examples:
•
When setting the clock, turning to the left reduces the hours/minutes and turning to the right
increases them.
•
From standby mode, you can turn to the left to access the automatic programmes and to the right to
access the quick start microwave mode.
The rotary knob can also be used as a pushbutton to confirm set values and to start programs.
