5. Setting
Set the toggle switch 4 into position
rivet nut/bolt into the prepared workpiece. Using
both hands, press the levers of the thread setter
against each other and observe the scale 5 (Fig. C).
Continue setting the rivet nut/bolt, until the prior de-
termined working stroke is reached.
6. Releasing the rivet nut/bolt from the mandrel
Set the toggle switch 4 into position
vers 3 apart, in order to release the thread setter.
Rotate the knurled head of the mandrel 6, in order
to free the thread setter from the rivet nut/bolt.
7. Exchanging the mandrel
Loosen the lock nut 2 from the nosepiece 1 and re-
move both parts. Pull out the mandrel 6. Insert a new
mandrel 6.
