Cause
This is not a malfunction.
The construction of the SpaLet seat is different at the top and bottom
sections. For this reason, there are gaps between the SpaLet seat feet
and the toilet bowl.
This SpaLet seat is designed so that only one front foot makes contact
with the toilet bowl. Therefore, the SpaLet seat can continue to be used.
This is not a malfunction.
A gap may be visible due to the individual differences of fired ceramic prod-
ucts.
Please continue to use.
The strainer is loose.
There is debris on the strainer.
The temperature is too high.
Condensation is forming.
Reset all settings changed using
the procedures described in the
"Useful Functions" section to the
default settings.

This can happen due to the temporary increase in power consumed to
heat the water for the nozzle spray. Please continue to use.

Solution
Tighten the strainer.
Clean the strainer.

Also make sure that there is suffi-
cient ventilation.
Perform the procedure to reset set-
tings to default settings.
