Test N: Hot Fuse Holder

The fuse holder is warm to the touch or the ends are discolored.
If the refrigerator exhibits this symptom, contact Norcold Customer
Service (1-800-543-1219) or the OEM Cutomer Relations for the
appropriate replacement parts.
Complete the "Diagnostic Pre-Checks."

Remove refrigerator from enclosure,
but keep a power supply connected.
Is the fuse holder in
DC power cord
warm to the touch or
is the wire
insulation discolored?
Did the voltage
register at 12
volts at the
fuse?
YES
Replace the DC power cord.
Replace the fuse.
NO
