Complete the "Diagnostic Pre-Checks."
Remove refrigerator from enclosure,
but keep a power supply (either AC
or DC) connected.

"ON" indicator light and interior light
should come on.

With thermostat in the "OFF" position,
use a DVOM to check input voltage.
The DC voltage must be higher than
cut-in voltage for the desired voltage
input (12/24 VDC) or within
specifications for 120 VAC/240 VAC.
