FORWARD/REVERSE FOOTPEDAL (F)
Using the right foot push down the upper part of
the pedal for forward running and the rear part for
reverse. Ground speed is increased the further
the pedal is depressed. The pedal is spring
controlled and will automatically return to the
neutral position when the foot pressure is re-
moved. To improve operator comfort in the reverse
mode, Pedal Adaptor G can be detached by
removing (2) hex head cap screws.
NOTES:
–
Neutral latch L must be pushed in for the
forward/reverse footpedal to work.
–
Neutral latch L must not be pushed during
engine starting or the machine will not start.
STEERING BRAKES
1) Each brake pedal may be depressed sepa-
rately to aid in steering. To accomplish this,
push roll pin A to the right and up and release
to hold the lock pin B in the retracted position.
2) To set the parking brake, depress both pedals
simultaneously until they lock in place.
3) To release the parking brake, depress both
pedals with the ball of the foot and depress the
lock lever C with the heel. Slowly release
pressure on the foot pedals.
4) To revert to a single brake system, the brake
pedals may be joined by pushing the roll pin A
to the right, then down and releasing. Ensure
that the lock pin B engages fully into the left
hand brake pedal.
5) To set the parking brake, depress one or both
pedals until they lock in place.
6) To release the parking brake, depress one or
both pedals with the ball of the foot and
