Input voltage below the set warning threshold, or above 15 V.
No battery connected to the charger, or error in the connection between
charger and battery (e.g. intermittent contact in charge lead).
Battery connected to the charger with reversed polarity, or charge lead
does not match the polarity of the battery socket.
Break in the charge current circuit during a charge / discharge / equalize
or cycle (charge / discharge) process.
Nominal voltage (i.e. cell count) set too low in one of the Lithium menus.
Nominal voltage (i.e. cell count) set too high in one of the Lithium menus.

charger is too high:
One of the individual cell voltages of a Lithium battery connected to the
charger is too low:
A Lithium battery balancer socket is connected to the charger's
EQUALIZER port, but you are currently in either the Nickel or Lead
program group.
The balancer connector of a Lithium battery was disconnected from the
charger's EQUALIZER port during a charge, discharge or EQUALIZE
process, or was not connected when the EQUALIZE process was
initiated.
