WARNING:
Consult the fastener manufacturer's original instructions for mini-
mum spacing and installation procedure!
Fasten the threaded bar according to the original instructions of the
fastener manufacturer, positioning the washer included between the
nut and the structure.
Fasten the swivelling anchor eyebolt to the M16 threaded bar included
using the self-locking nut included, so that at least 2 mm of thread pro-
trudes and that the eyebolt can rotate freely.

It is absolutely necessary to select an AOS of length suitable
for the assembly conditions (substrate, etc.).
Min. thickness of steel structure: 5 mm
Hole diameter: 16,5 mm
Min. distance from edge: 25 mm
min. 50 mm
Drill a Ø 16.5 mm hole through the steel structure.
Fasten the AOS50 swivelling eyebolt to the structure using the M16 stain-
less steel bolt included, the washers and the self-locking nut included, so
that at least 2 mm of thread protrudes and that the eyebolt can rotate
freely (see picture).
When using AOS200/AOS300/AOS400/AOS500, fasten the swivelling
eyebolt to the M16 threaded bar included using the self-locking screw
and the 2 locknuts included, so that at least 2 mm of thread protrudes
from the self-locking nut and that the eyebolt can rotate freely.
Insert the threaded bar with the swivelling eyebolt into the hole and
tighten using the 2 locknuts included, making sure that the included wa-
shers are in position between the lock nuts and the structure.
Firmly tighten the nuts making sure they are then locked one against the
other.
Should it be necessary to distance the swivelling eyebolt from the structu-
re, it is possible to use the remaining 2 lock nuts to adjust the position by
screwing them onto the bar prior to inserting the whole set into the hole
in the structure, tightening them one against the other so that there is a
space of at least 50 mm of thread before the swivelling eyebolt, as shown
in the figure above.
