DISASSEMBLY

Reel Disassembly and Pawl Removal
1. Take off housing by unscrewing 8 housing screws with
3/16" allen wrench.
2. Unscrew axle with 9/16" and take out reel assembly.
3. FOR PAWL REMOVAL -
Use snap ring pliers to
remove snap
ring and take off pawl.
4. Unscrew washer key and then spanner nut with spanner
nut tool.

TOOLING AND DISASSEMBLY
5. Unscrew torque nut with
Cable Disassembly
1. Unwind cable on unit and cut cable and band-it.
2. Pry open cable key
3. Use punch and punch
Drive Head Disassembly
1. Remove handle and drive head housing.
2. Remove tamper paint
