3. Take out drive head, spring, washer, brake plate, gear,
brake plate, sperrad, and washers.
4. Use a ½" wrench to hold
axle and unscrew nut on
opposite side with 7/8"
socket.
DISASSEMBLY
5. Take out axle.
Level Wind Disassembly (Lynx Hoist)
1. Remove spring plate bolt
with 5/32" allen.
2. Spring plate assembly
will come off as shown.
Level Wind Disassembly (Dyna Hoist Version)
1. Remove pawl on the
outside edge of the
frame.
2. Take out pawl bolt from
the frame.
3. Place on torque nut.
