5. Place into slot, then wedge in cable key.
6. Place tool into reel and
punch upper roll pin into
upper cable key hole
7. Wrap cable total of 13
times and clamp
cable.
8. Cut 8" of bandit and
place bandit through
holes.
9. Cinch down bandit and clamp together with bandit tool,
cut excess bandit.

REASSEMBLY
10. Use crowbar to push in bar on cable key.
11. Put wedge holder on cable key and tap roll pin though.
Reel Assembly
1. Put Belleville washer in
hub.
2. Place friction disks on axle and place in hub.
