5. Insert Loctite on level
wind axle and place in
housing. Screw in
housing with 5/16" allen
wrench. Tighten down
bolt the rest of the way.
Level Wind Assembly (Dyna Hoist)
1. Take one side of the spring and install the two tubes.
2. Install the second spring
side.
3. Install the axle cover.
REASSEMBLY
4. Place the level wind on
the reel with the kinked
side facing down. Place
the pawl bolt through
the axle cover.
Emergency Pin Assembly
1. Grease spring and place into hole of gear plate.
2. Place pin into hole with
notch facing down.
3. Push pin all the way in
and insert tab (flat side
facing gear) into pin slot.
Line the holes up in the
gear and tab.
