3. Insert needle bearing
into spacer with rubber
hammer.
Emergency Drive Pin Assembly
1. Grease spring and insert into sleeve.
2. Insert sleeve into hole on
inside of housing with
the spring facing the
inside wall of the
housing.
3. Push the sleeve in and
place the pull pin
through.

REASSEMBLY

Level Wind Assembly (Lynx Hoist)
1. Install spring on level
wind as shown using
5/32" allen.
2. Place level wind in fixture
and sand down the bar
at the end.
3. Place washers on holes of frame. Flat side of the top
washer should face down, and flat side of the bottom
washer should face up.
4. Screw in the level wind assembly with 3/16" allen. Make
sure bolt goes through spring loop, do not tighten all the
way.
