Änderungen an Sicherheitseinrichtung
Aufgrund aktueller technischer Änderungen am Motorcontroller CMMS-AS-... und
CMMD-AS-... sind abweichend von den Angaben in der Beschreibung Montage und
Installation P.BE-CMMS-AS-3A-HW-DE oder P.BE-CMMD-AS-3A-HW-DE folgende
Änderungen bzw. Ergänzungen notwendig:
1 Lebensdauer des Relais für die Abschaltung der Treiberversorgung

2 Maximale Betriebsdauer
Um eine Betriebsdauer bzw. ein Proof-test-Intervall von 20 Jahren oder mehr zu
erreichen, darf die Betätigungsrate n

Nach Erreichen der Lebensdauer des Relais im 2. Abschaltpfad ist der Motorcon-
troller auszutauschen. Falls die tatsächliche Betätigungsrate höher liegt, ist der
Controller entsprechend früher auszutauschen, da dann die Sicherheitsfunktion
nicht mehr gewährleistet ist.
Hinweis
Prüfen Sie in Ihrer Applikation die zu erwartende mittlere Betätigungsrate der
Sicherheitseinrichtung. Beachten Sie, dass dazu auch alle nicht-sicherheits-
gerichteten Betätigungen der Sicherheitseinrichtung zählen.
Falls Ihre Betätigungsrate deutlich höher als die oben genannten Grenzwerte ist,
wenden Sie sich an Ihren regionalen Ansprechpartner von Festo.

AS-..., and deviating from the specifications in the Mounting and Installation de-
scription P.BE-CMMS-AS-3A-HW-EN or P.BE-CMMD-AS-3A-HW-EN, the following

After the service life of the relay in the 2nd switch-off path is reached, the motor
controller must be replaced. If the actual actuation rate is higher, the controller
must be replaced correspondingly sooner, since the safety function can otherwise
no longer be ensured.
Note
In your application, check the expected average actuation rate of the safety
equipment. Note that all non-safety-oriented actuations of the safety equipment
count.
If your actuation rate is markedly higher than the limit value named above, in-
form your regional Festo contact.

Al alcanzar la vida útil del relé en la 2ª ruta de desconexión es necesario sustituir el
controlador de motor. Si la tasa de accionamiento real es superior, es necesario
sustituir el controlador antes correspondientemente, puesto que entonces ya no
está garantizada la función de seguridad.
Nota
Compruebe en su aplicación la tasa de accionamiento media esperada del dispo-
sitivo de seguridad. Tenga en cuenta que también se incluyen los accionamien-
tos del dispositivo de seguridad no orientados a la seguridad.
Si la tasa de accionamiento es claramente superior al valor límite mencionado,
diríjase a su persona de contacto en Festo.
