Cambio del cartucho de
desecante
Cambiar el cartucho de desecante
Para sustituir los cartuchos del material
secante se precisa un dispositivo para
levantar cartuchos.
El dispositivo para levantar cartuchos
puede adquirirse con los accesorios o forma
parte de CAREPAC (juego de piezas de
desgaste, completo).
1 Retire el filtro complementario tal
como se describe en el capítulo 9.1
„Cambio de los elementos de filtro" en
la página 41.
2 Aflojar los tornillos cilíndricos (26 lbf ft)
con hexágono hembra de la tapa superior
del adsorbedor y retirar la tapa del
adsorbedor.
3 Quitar la tuerca hexagonal (M10).
4 Extraiga del absorbedor la arandela
cónica, la junta tórica y los cartuchos de
secante.
5 Sustituir los cartuchos por cartuchos
nuevos (sin imagen).
El montaje se realiza en el orden inverso,
teniendo en cuenta lo que sigue:
El 1er cartucho que instale no precisa
junta tórica. Todos los demás cartuchos
se introducen con la junta tórica hacia
abajo.
¡Volver a introducir todas las juntas!
Observar al montar el filtro posterior que
las juntas tóricas en la caja de la válvula
de selección ajusten correctamente.
¡Tornillos autoterrajadores (de rosca
cortante)!
Para el montaje, introducir primera-
mente el tornillo en el orificio roscado.
Después girar el tornillo en el sentido
contrario a las agujas del reloj hasta que
haya entrado en la primera espira de
rosca. Ahora se podrá apretar el tornillo.
Confirmar el cambio del filtro por
medio de la tecla de confirmación o a
través del programador.
¡El indicador de las horas de ser-
vicio del filtro debe indicar 0
con la nueva puesta en marcha!

Exchanging the desiccant cartridge
For the exchange of the desiccant
cartridge, you need a cartridge-
lever.
The cartridge lever can be obtained
as an accessory and is also part of the

CAREPAC (complete set of replace-
ment parts).
1 Remove the after-filter as desc-
ribed in section 9.1 „Changing of
filter elements" on page 41.
2 Undo the Allen screws (26 lbf ft)
of the top cover of the adsorber
and remove the adsorber cover.
3 Undo the hexagonal nut (M10).
4 Pull the conical ring, the O-Ring
and the desiccant cartridge out of
the adsorber.
5 Replace the cartridge with a new
one (without Fig.).
Reassembly is done in the reverse
order, whereby the following should
be noted:

The first cartridge to be inserted
does not require any O-rings. All
subsequent cartridges are to be
inserted with an O-ring facing
downwards.
Replace all the seals! Ensure when
installing the post-filter that the O-
rings have been correctly seated in
the shuttle valve case.
Threaded (self-tapping) screws!
First place the screw in the
threaded hole during assembly.
Turn the screw anti-clockwise
until the first thread has engaged.
Now the screw can be done up
tightly.
Acknowledge the cartridge change
by the acknowledgement switch or
by the programmer.
The display of the number of hours
for the cartridge must show 0 when
the unit is started up again!
