For an exercise with an almost vertical backrest (with the arm curl for example), the backrest may be adjusted at two
angles: 85° (almost vertical) and 67° (slightly lowered). Please compare for the pic tures below for more illustration.
Lift the backrest and bring it into the desired position, then secure the position by putting the safe ty pin into the appropriate holes.
Make sure the safety pin is completely inserted and locked befare starting your exercise!
