• ALWAYS FOLLOW THE INFANT CAR SEAT MANUFACTURER'S INSTRUCTIONS. Do not exceed the
manufacturer's instructions for maximum load carrying capacity of the infant car seat . Exceeding carrying
capacity may cause the stroller to become unstable and tip resulting in serious injury .
• ALWAYS follow the instructions received with your Evenflo ® stroller when using the infant car seat adapter .
• NEVER LEAVE child unattended .
• DISCONTINUE USING YOUR ADAPTER if it becomes damaged or broken .
• TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY, always follow your stroller instruction manual when using the infant car seat
adapter with the stroller .
• ALWAYS APPLY BRAKES on stroller when attaching the infant car seat to the adapter .
• ALWAYS APPLY BRAKES when attaching the adapter to the stroller frame .
• ONLY USE THE FOLLOWING INFANT CAR SEATS WITH THE INFANT CAR SEAT ADAPTER:
– GRACO® SNUGRIDE® SNUGLOCK™ 30 & 35, GRACO® SNUGRIDE® 35,
CHICCO® KEYFIT®, CHICCO® KEYFIT® 30, PEG-PÉREGO® PRIMO VIAGGIO™ 35 & 35 NIDO
• NEVER use any other manufacturer's car seats with this adapter unless listed above .
• ALWAYS CHECK to make sure the car seat is securely latched to the infant car seat adapter by lifting up
on the car seat .
• AVOID SERIOUS INJURY TO YOUR CHILD FROM FALLING OR SLIDING OUT OF THE INFANT CAR SEAT:
– ALWAYS snugly secure your child in the car seat with the harness .
– ALWAYS make sure the infant car seat adapter is securely attached on both sides of stroller frame before
attaching the car seat to the adapter .
• ALWAYS make sure the infant car seat is rear-facing before installing into the infant car seat adapter .
• ALWAYS make sure the buckle straps are placed outside of the adapter when installing infant car seat .
• ONLY use the buckle straps when installing Chicco® infant car seat .
• ONLY use adapter bar when installing Peg-Pérego® infant car seat .
