AVR FAILURE REPORT
Fill in the following information box, specifying the serial numbers of the alternator and the AVR.
The serial no. and the part no. of the AVR are indicated on the label affixed on the regulator plastic case.
User is required to perform a visual inspection of the AVR and all the electrical checks
described in the following pages. Each check with positive result must be flagged. In case
of negative result, leave blank.
