INITIAL SETUP

Use the setup button to control the setting of this unit.
The setup menu is divided into four main categories:
General Setup, Audio Setup, Video Setup and
Preference Setup.

GENERAL SETUP

TV Display
The aspect ratio of the TV can be changed by selecting
one of the following options.
NORMAL/PS
If both TV set and DVD do not support wide screen
viewing, a wide picture is displayed on the whole TV
screen with a portion automatically cut off.
NORMAL/LB
If the TV does not support wide screen viewing but the
DVD does, wide bands will be displayed on the upper
and lower portions of the TV screen.
WIDE
For wide screen TV set, choose this setting. (The wide
screen TV must be set to "FULL size".)
Angle Mark
This only works when there is an angle mark on the disc.

ON - Angle mark will be shown when playing DVD.
!
OFF - Angle mark will not be shown.
OSD Lang
Our unit provides different On-Screen Display
languages for user.
Captions
This only works when the DVD includes Closed
Captions.
!
ON - Closed Caption is activated.
!
OFF - Closed Caption is turned off.
Screen Saver
When the unit is turned on and is in idle for five
screen saver will appear in order to protect the screen.
!
ON - Screen saver is activated.
!
OFF - Screen saver is turned off.
Last Memory
When this function is ON, the player will starts to play
where it was stopped last time even the disc is removed
from the machine.

AUDIO SETUP

Speaker Setup
Downmix
LT/RT
Choosing this setting when the original movie was
recorded in ProLogic Digital format will pronounce a
movie theater sound effect.
