SEPARATE THE AIR MOTOR FROM THE PUMP / CÓMO SEPARAR EL MOTOR DE AIRE DE LA BOMBA
EN
Operate the pump controlling it with the ball valve on the air motor
supply (pos. A).
1. With the pump bleed valve open (94), it should be possible to stop the
pump in the middle of the stroke. Close the bleed valve (94).
2. Disconnect the air motor supply (pos. D). Remove the pump from
place and put it in horizontal position.
3. Remove the guards (63) (64).
4. Pull the spring clip (61).
5. Remove the four nuts (69).
6. Separate slowly pump assembled and unscrew drive coupling (60)
from packing rod (72) until it is loose.

Maneje el control de la bomba con la válvula de bola de suministro de
aire al motor (pos A).
1. Con la válvula de purga abierta (94) situar la bomba en la posición
media de la carrera. Cierre la válvula de purga (94).
2. Desconecte el motor de la línea de suministro de aire (pos. D). Retire
la bomba de su emplazamiento y sitúela horizontalmente.
3. Retire las pantallas protectoras (63) (64).
4. Extraiga el pasador muelle (61).
5. Extraiga los cuatro tornillos (69).
6. Separe lentamente el sub-ensamble de los bajos y desenrosque la tuerca
del divorcio (60) del vástago (72) hasta liberar ambas partes.
