Ankle supports relieve injured tissue structures (joints, ligaments, capsules
and cartilage). The compression hereby supports the holding function of the
ligaments and is thus relieving the joint. The pad provides a massage eff ect
which reduces swelling tendencies or which helps to an earlier restrain of
swelling.

Before putting on, open the Velcro fasteners.
Pull the BORT Generation Ankle Support over the foot.
Place your foot on the ground and close fi rst the upper and
then the lower Velcro fastener.
