You cannot switch the PEL off while it is connected to
a power source or while recording is in progress (or
pending).
Installing the SIM card
This is necessary for the 3G-UMTS/GPRS
Unscrew both screws of the SIM card slot and remove
the cover. Insert the SIM card in the direction indicated.
Put the cover back on and screw both screws back in.
