3.0 -- Tank to frame assembly

5/16" Screws
Bolt tank to front and rear frame members per picture using
5/16" screws.
4.0 -- Wheels to frame assembly

Bolt wheels to center frame member using 1/2" bolts and
washers provided.
4.3
Note the washers must go between the wheel and frame assembly. Do Not over
tighten bolts.
