Troubleshooting
I've started an activity, but some of my devices are not on, or not set
to the right input.
Solution: Press Help on the remote. Answer the questions and follow
the instructions to adjust power or input settings on your devices.
If you know what's wrong, tap Fix it Myself. If you want the on-remote
help to check everything, tap Help Me Fix It.
Some of my entertainment devices are not responding to
my Harmony 800.
Possible solution: There may be an obstacle (such as a table) interfering
with the signal your Harmony 800 is sending to your connected device.
Make sure there is a direct line of sight between the two.
Possible solution: You may have selected the wrong device for
your keyboard when you set up your remote on My Harmony.
