Step 6: Set up activities
An activity is something you do with your entertainment system,
activities so that a single tap of the touchscreen turns on the necessary
devices, and switches them to the right inputs.

your Harmony 800, try using it to control your entertainment system.

You can return to My Harmony at any time to update your devices and
activities, and add favorite channels.
Using your Harmony 800
Now that you have set up your Harmony 800, you can use it to control
your entertainment system. You can:
Start an activity

Use the slide-out keyboard to enter text

Starting an activity
Using activities saves you the trouble of turning on and off devices
and switching inputs yourself. When you start an activity, the required
devices are automatically powered on, unnecessary devices are powered
off, and the correct inputs are selected. The activity also determines
which devices handle important functions such as changing channels
or controlling the volume.
To start an activity, tap the activity on the touchscreen. When you start an
activity, your remote displays additional commands tailored to the activity.
