4. Cleaning and disinfection: Clean the lenses with plenty of water and nothing else. Do not use
abrasive or aggressive cleaning products, solvents, or household detergents, because these may
affect the physical properties of the lenses. Use the textile bag provided or lint-free cloths. Only
shake off the lenses; if necessary, dab off and air dry them. The inside of the lens has an anti-fog
coating. This is easily scratched, therefore please handle it carefully and never wipe it off. Only
shake out snow which has entered the goggles. Mirror coating: Some lenses are equipped with a
high-quality mirrored lens coating which increases infrared protection. This especially high-quali-
ty lens coating is easily scratched and therefore requires particular care in cleaning and storage.
Scratching of the mirror coating is not included in the guarantee.
5. Extras and replacement parts: All ski goggles have a number on the inside of the frame in
the nose area. This number provides you with information on the right replacement lens. The
lens type and colour are entirely optional provided the number is identical. The lenses should
be exchanged at room temperature, because the frame is thus easier to shape. To exchange a
lens, follow these steps. To remove the lens in place, pull the nosepiece away from the lens and
loosen the lens from the individual brackets. The new lens must first be placed on the nosepiece.
To do this, press the nosepiece together slightly and push the lens into the groove in the frame
of the ski goggles. Now move along the lower edge of the lens and carefully press the lens into
the depression in the frame. Make sure that the notches click properly into the supports. Once
the lower part sits in the frame, continue along the upper edge. Here, move from the outer edge
of the goggles toward the middle. As soon as all notches have clicked into place, press the lens
in the centre of the goggles and make sure that the lens sits tightly. If necessary, the fit can be
improved with light pressure. We hope you enjoy your new ski goggles and always have a good
