2.7. COOKING PARAMETER QUICK-CANCELING
If a Semi-automatic cooking, Fully-automatic cooking or a minute minder is selected, it can be quickly canceled by
pressing and holding the Command Knob for 4 seconds. The oven will revert to Manual Cooking mode and the buzzer will
emit a Cancel signal.
2.8. TIME-OF-DAY SETTING
Press and hold the Command Knob for 4 seconds without any of the programmed cook already set. If a programmed
cook was set, it has to be first canceled in order to allow the time-of-day to be set. The display will show "Set "The
rotation movement is ignored.
Press and release the Command Knob to advance the minutes with 1 minute steps.
Maintain it pressed for an automatic advance, with 1-minutes steps, at a speed of 2 minutes every seconds. After 4
seconds, a fast advance mode is activated, in with 1-minute steps, at a speed of 10 minutes every second. After a
timeout of 4 seconds without pushing the knob, the unit reverts to Manual Mode.

2.9.1. "CLICK" SOUND FEEDBACK
The "click" sound is emitted whenever the Command Knob is pressed or rotated.
Repeated clicks apply when an editing auto repeat function is operating, but are not emitted during fast editing mode
2.10. AUTO-COOK (PYRO) MODE
When the external Auto Cook input is closed, all the cooking parameters are canceled and an Automatic Stop Duration of
90 minutes is set Display show 090 with icon ON, when you push 1 time you enter in the DUR modification routine. The
allowed value ranges from 90 to 120. (Time max 120 minute with memory of previous Pyro time expired).In auto cook
PYRO mode Start Delay can be selected.
Further modification of the value can be done following the normal editing rules (Press the button 1 time the display
show write "Dur" and is possible select the time max 120' and then press the button 2 time the display show write "PAU"
as usual and is possible select a delay time.)
When you set a start delay (PAU) in pyro mode you can modify the time of the pause just during the pause period till the
pyrolitc cycle is started. When the pyro cycle is started must be not possible setting a new start delay (PAU) time if the
pause time is already ended.
At the end of the auto cook pyro cycle the buzzer does not emit any sound.
When the external Auto Cook input opens, being previously closed, the unit reverts to Manual Cooking Mode,
canceling the residual Stop Duration end the eventual Start Delay. Icons are turned off accordingly, and the buzzer does
not emit any sound.
2.11. ADDITIONAL RELAY
If present, it operates in two alternative mode: identically to MAIN relay or independent.
