3.3 Short operating instructions

Before operating, the cooking chamber must be pre-heated. Follow the instructions:
• turn the
B
switch knob to the switching on position ( see paragraph 3.2 );
• set an average temperature, e.g. 200°C;
• set a time, about 10 minutes;
• when the oven automatically stops, an acoustic signal indicates the oven is ready o start cooking;
Cooking
Before you start cooking, the explained pre-heating procedures must be completed.
The Manufacturer shall decline all responsibility and any direct or indirect accident
or trouble due to an incorrect installation or use of the product.
Convection cooking cycle is suitable for short-cooking roasts, grill, au gratin cooking, etc... , follow the
instructions:
• placed the food into the cooking chamber on trays or grids;
• set the temperature ( e.g. 180° C);
• set the cooking time;
• if necessary,humidify the cooking chamber, if requested;
• if present, remove humidity from the cooking chamber, opening the butterfly valve steam on the top of
the oven, by pulling the rod manually;
• when the time is over, the device will automatically stop after an acoustic signal.
CAUTION!
The oven is no provided with liquid drain.
