Customization Mode is ideal for both personalizing the settings of your mixer to your needs and setting up the
mixer for reliable installation operation.

The knobs can be used to control the audio while customizing the unit, to audition the different settings. There
is a delay when selecting options, as the unit updates the new settings.
CUSTOMIZABLE OPTIONS
The following option display interface is used for the first three options below.
Option 1 =
BOTTOM 2 LEDS
Option 4 = TOP 2 LEDS Channel EQ Settings (CH1 controls): CH1 meter indicates the EQ type for
channels 1-4.
Press CH1 Filter Mode
Option 1: Gain Range [-8 dB/+12dB], Mid Band Range [140Hz, 3200Hz]
Option 2: Gain Range [-8 dB/+12dB], Mid Band Range [180Hz, 2700Hz]
Option 3: Gain Range [-6dB/+6dB], Mid Band Range [140Hz, 3200Hz]
Option 4: Gain Range [-6dB/+6dB], Mid Band Range [180Hz, 2700Hz]
Factory Default: Gain Range [-8 dB/+12dB], Mid Band Range [140Hz, 3200Hz]
Recommended Usage: When a more dramatic EQ is desired, select Options 1 or 2. Most DJs like the ability to
strongly kill and boost bands. For a more finely adjustable and precise EQ, select Options 3 or 4.
Channel Compressor Setting (CH2 controls): CH2 meter indicates "Channel" Compressor Type.

Option 1: No Compression
Option 2: Soft Knee Compressor/Limiter
Factory Default: Soft Knee Compressor/Limiter
Recommended Usage: The channel compressor is very useful for adding punch and fatness to your mix.
There is a gain reduction meter at the top of each meter. Although most effective and transparent when the
gain reduction indicator is generally dim, it can make some records sound great when pushed hard.
